With the BASIC Wellness Rewards Account, employers can set the goals, allow employees to submit their own wellness goals, or even have team goals. Employers set the goal reward amounts and verify goal completion. When employees complete their goal, the employer contributes the reward amount to the participant’s BASIC Wellness Account. The participant can use their reward money any way they want, including for wellness items. Participants can access their unrestricted Wellness Account funds with their all in one BASIC Card, or transfer them to their MyCash account.
Examples of plans:
- Participant completes 50 yoga classes within six months to earn $150
- Participant reaches a healthy BMI level and receives $500
Employers are only limited by their imagination when it comes to establishing wellness goals that encourage healthy behavior.
