Join us for a discussion and demonstration of our proprietary leave management portal, part of BASIC’s FMLA and Leave Management Administration. Dan will walk us through the life cycle of an FMLA claim, as it would be administrated for our FMLA clients. He will present the claim process from employee call off data, calculation of available leave, claim history and active approved claims, certification forms, to leave approval or denial.
Dan will cover the key features available to our employer groups within the secure online portal, including;
1. Dynamic data filtering by location, department and leave status
2. Individual claim details
3. Customized trending reports
4. Online call off form
