The Nuts and Bolts of offering Health Savings Accounts. In this session, we’ll cover what employers need to understand if they plan to offer Health Savings Accounts to employees as part of a group health plan. Among other things, we’ll explain the requirement for high-deductible health plan coverage, eligibility requirements for employees who want to contribute to an HSA, the limitations on HSA contributions, and the advantages of offering HSA contributions through a cafeteria plan.

The first 60 minutes Norbert F. Kugele will present on the above topic. The remaining time will be devoted to Q&A and an insight into BASIC’s HSA@AnyBank Administration.

On September 29, 2016 he Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released an updated EEO-1 reporting form, which will require covered employers to provide employee pay data beginning in March 2018. Companies with 100 or more employees will have to provide compensation information by EEOC job group by wage ranges and by gender and race.
