HRA Mobile WebsiteBASIC is pleased to announce that Mobile Optimized Access is now available for the Flex and/or HRA account(s). With added simplicity and security, Plan Participants may now view their account information via a Smartphone or tablet.
The process is easy – simply log into: https://hrbenefitsdirect.com/BASIC  (this is the same site currently used to access the account(s) from a PC)
Participants may view their status, receive alerts for outstanding items on their account, view claims, and much more! HR solutions should be simple. Keep it BASIC.
