On June 22, 2010, the Departments of the Treasury, Labor and Health and Human Services (“HHS”) released interim final regulations for group health plans and health insurance coverage relating to the status of preexisting conditions, lifetime and annual limits, rescissions, and patient protections under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“Affordable Care Act”).  Click here for more information.
