Online Enrollment is only available during your company’s annual open enrollment just prior to a new plan year.
If you are entering the plan mid-year as a newly eligible employee, or because of a change in status, contact your benefits manager to make your election.
If your employer’s plan is in open enrollment and you have been directed here to make your election, simply enter the Company Code provided by your employer to access Open Enrollment.
If you do not know your Company Code, contact your company’s benefit manager or BASIC.
