Sign up for an interactive, guided training session to ensure you have the information you need to know about the migration and how to manage your plans online as soon as you have access. Two options are available depending on your offering:

Once the migration is complete, you’ll have access to manage everything for your Continuation Services offering online. For some functions, we also have forms (fillable PDF) available. To find these, visit our Benefit Continuation welcome page.
October 24: First day for new portal access!
Watch for your activation letter for instructions on how to access the new portal. See also Accessing CDA for helpful tips.
If you didn’t pay for October yet, you’ll be able to make a one-time payment in the new portal at this time.
November 1: First recurring ACH payment date
If you added your bank info and set up a new recurring ACH payment schedule in the new portal before this date, this is when the ACH pull for your November premiums will be initiated.
If you didn’t set up recurring ACH payments, you’ll need to pay for November another way:
– Check or money order
– One-time ACH
– Credit card (3.5% convenience fee applies)
