Our Wellness Reimbursement Accounts offer two different styles of plan design but are truly only limited by your imagination. BASIC wants to help support your organization’s wellness goals.
Goal(s) and limited reimbursements
Set wellness goals similar to our Wellness Reward plan, only you choose to limit the eligible reimbursable expenses. The goals, eligible expenses, and maximum benefit amounts are completely up to you.
- You can have one or multiple goals
- You can choose a long list of approved expenses or you can make it limited
Wellness-related expenses reimbursement
With this option, employers don’t set any goals but rather reimburse employees for wellness-related activities or expenses.
- You can reimburse gym memberships, yoga studio passes, personal trainer sessions, 5k registration, or 213d expenses.
