BASIC Flex: Our third party administered Flex Plan. With this plan employers can leave all the work to us. Employees submit their claims to us and we process them daily. Our staff stays on top of regulations so you and your groups don’t have to.

BASIC Flex POP: Our premium only plan (POP) allows for valuable tax savings on insurance premium cost for both employers and employees.

BASIC Card: The pre-paid debit cards are the future in Flex plans. Rather than employees having to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed; employees pay with their BASIC Card.

BASIC Flex Limited Purpose: Our Limited Purpose Flex plans allow employees that have HSAs to have a Flex plan for dental, vision and dependent care expenses.

BASIC Flex Self Administered: BASIC offers software for those employers that would rather administer their Flex Plan.

Employers save 7.65% for every dollar that employees contribute to a BASIC Flex Plan.
Employees are not the only ones receive tax savings with BASIC Flex. As the employer you save the matching FICA payroll taxes (7.65%). Many of our employers find that the saves are greater than the administration cost, leading to a positive cash flow. You can maximize your tax saving by increasing the total participants and average dollar election per participant.
