Reimbursements are fast and easy
For any payments paid out of pocket you can submit a claim to BASIC via email, fax or mail. Claims are processed daily, five days a week. Reimbursements can be in the form of a check or direct deposit. It is as easy as it gets.

A personal account representative is assigned to each company
One person point of contact makes asking questions simple and easy. No more waiting on hold and listening to a recording. If your representative is unavailable you can either leave a message and they will promptly call you back or you may speak to an available representative.
