What does it do? 

BASIC Guru has 4 levels of use. 

Agents  use BASIC Guru as an online benefits management tool to manage clients, prospects, carriers, networks, commission tracking, census, and continuing education. 

Employers are able to view all their benefits options, current rates, expiration dates, etc.  They can upload/download important forms and documents as well as create “The Hidden Paycheck”. 

Employees can review their benefit choices online 24/7.  They can download forms and documents, they can communicate and review their “Hidden Paycheck”.

Do I have to load software?

You can access BASIC Guru anywhere you have access to Internet Explorer.

Who is using the Internet?

According to a March, 2007 Pew Internet & American Life Project Tracking Survey:

Is it hard to upload information?

We have designed a very "easy to use" system with upload tools to help you speed up the process of loading all of your group information into the system.

Who owns the information?

Any information you place in BASIC Guru belongs to you, the agent, and no one else.

Price Guarantee?

We guarantee our prices for 3 years.

Other Discounts?

As a BASIC Guru user you can take advantage of discounts on other services we offer.  POP plans are only $95 annually, which is $200 off the normal price.  We will offer your clients up to a 13% discount off their current payroll charges with a copy of their current invoice.  Your clients can also take advantage of a 10% discount on COBRA, HSA, HRA and FSA administration.

What does it cost?

Your investment in BASIC Guru is based on the number of users in your agency.  A user is anyone who is assigned a user name/password. 

NAHU Members 

We offer a $15.00 per month discount to NAHU agents.

1-5 users is $210.00
6-11 users $235.00
12-15 users $260.00

NAIFA Members 

We offer a $30.00 per month discount to NAIFA agents.

1-5 users is $195.00
6-11 users $220.00
12-15 users $245.00

Our one time training and set up fee is $395.00.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express on an auto debit monthly.
